What data we process

Job applications: name, surname, e-mail, phone, company of interest and CV. Press requests: name, outlet, e-mail, phone and message. Website analytics: only with your consent (see the cookie policy).

Purposes and legal basis

Recruitment — your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a),(b)). Answering press requests — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Applications and CVs are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless you agree to a longer period.

Recipients

Group companies involved in the recruitment, IT and hosting providers in the EU acting as processors, Google (analytics, only with consent).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
